Things You Need to Know

Shipping Policy

After the order has been paid, Simons Powerhouse staff needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification with tracking number once your order has been shipped. Usually, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by many factors the USPS encounters. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.  If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return an item.

Coupon Policy

Limit one coupon code use per customer. Coupon codes may be cancelled without notice. Coupon codes are only valid for a limited time. Coupon codes hold no face value. Coupons and discount codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges or other fees.

Additional exclusions may apply when coupon codes are limited  to specific products. If you're still not sure about a coupon or discount code after reading this, just ask us.
